When we chase perfect, we miss opportunities to celebrate progress.

We get so focused on becoming “better” that we forget to love who we are right now.

We can’t hate ourselves into betterment.
We have to love ourselves there.

Self love isn’t the finish line. It’s the path.

There’s no “right or wrong” way to do therapy.

What matters most?
✨ Showing up.
✨ Being honest.
✨ Choosing yourself even when it’s hard.

That alone is powerful.

What we resist persists. By gently shifting our attention away from what we don’t want and toward what we do want, we open space for change.”

When dealing with grief, we must turn our emotions into motion. This could mean redirecting love, quietly honoring memories, or expressing ourselves through art.

Last night's art therapy session was a testament to the strength of these women, who showed up for themselves and their grief. Together, we transformed our emotions into meaningful art that represents our loved ones, experiences, and the people we're becoming after loss.

Grief isn't something we “get over”. Rather, it’s a journey without a finish line. It's something we learn to carry.
