We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Alyssa Pfaffe to our Babylon office!
Dr. Pfaffe has been part of the Ear Works Audiology team since 2019, in our Nassau County offices. A West Islip native, she’s proud to now be serving her own community in Babylon.

Dr. Pfaffe earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Towson University, where she trained under some of the field’s top researchers and even observed multiple cochlear implant surgeries. She brings a broad range of experience, having worked in ENT clinics, private practices, educational settings, and cleft palate clinics.

Her specialties include diagnostic hearing evaluations, videonystagmography (VNG), and hearing aid fittings for patients of all ages—from children to older adults. She is also a published author in the field of audiology and remains passionate about helping people reconnect with their loved ones through better hearing.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Pfaffe enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband still live in West Islip, where she has deep ties to the community—including time spent as a Town of Islip lifeguard and multiple family members who work for the Town.

We're excited for her to bring her experience, compassion, and local roots to Babylon!
