🍂 THANK YOU to all who made our Autumn Fest a success! The amount of community, school, and parish support was outstanding. Our donation tables were overflowing and we are so grateful. Breakfast at Sam’s Club doesn’t have to be a sugar crash waiting to happen. 🥣

Here’s the breakdown:
✨ Quaker Instant Oatmeal: only 2g fiber + 7–8g added sugar
➡️ vs Oats Overnight: 7g fiber, 20g protein, 3g sugar

🍭 Fruity Pebbles: no fiber, 12g sugar, 1g protein
➡️ vs Kashi Go: 10g protein + 10g fiber, 9g sugar (still better)

🥄 Member’s Mark Granola: 15g sugar, 4g fiber, 6g protein
➡️ vs Catalina Crunch: 11g protein, 9g fiber, 0 sugar

💡Tip: Look for fiber + protein together to actually keep you full and steady your energy. Added sugar should stay on the low side, especially first thing in the morning.

Coach Theron had the chance to lead the warmup for the annual Leave A Legacy Foundation Spirit 5k with over 1,000 participants this morning! Such an amazing event that we’re proud to be a part of🩷

This event raises money for cancer fighting resources here in SWKS, while recognizing all those that have fought and are fighting🎗️
