Here are 3 small shifts that make a big impact:

1️⃣ Add, don’t restrict – Focus on what you can add (fiber, protein, color) instead of what to cut.
2️⃣ Make protein a habit – Aim to include protein in every meal/snack to keep energy stable and cravings low.
3️⃣ Prep once, eat twice – Cook extra portions so future you has a healthy option ready to go. 🍽️
