I’ve personally lost over 150 pounds and kept it off, not through quick fixes, but through building sustainable, healthy habits that support me to this day. For the past 10 years, I’ve been navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause, without relying heavily on medication, choosing instead to build a lifestyle rooted in movement, nourishment, sleep, and stress management. I know firsthand what it takes to reclaim your health when the odds are stacked against you. Now, I help other women do the same. My passion lies in guiding women, especially those going through life transitions, to discover their personal definition of health, reconnect with their bodies, and build confidence in their ability to thrive. Whether you’re dealing with weight gain, emotional eating, low energy, or just feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help you create real, lasting change.
