✨ Massachusetts Families — Important Update for 2026 ✨

Starting January 2026, ABA services will finally be covered for learners with Down Syndrome across Massachusetts.

This is such an important step forward for access, equity, and getting the right supports in place for our kids and families. At Sprout, we’ve always believed that every child deserves individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care — and expanded coverage means more families can get the services they’ve been waiting for.

We’ll be sharing more information as the state releases additional guidance, but please know:
-We’re here to help you navigate the process
-We’re committed to transparent communication
-And we’re so grateful to be part of your journey

With the current government shutdown affecting SNAP benefits, we know that some families may be facing unexpected challenges putting food on the table.

To help, Sprout MBC has set up Food Shelves in the lobbies of our Erving and Gardner clinics.

💚 If you need support:
Please take what you need — no questions asked.

💚 If you’d like to help:
You’re welcome to leave non-perishable food donations (canned goods, pasta, snacks, baby food, etc.) in the donation box in the lobby.

Together, we can make sure every Sprout family has what they need.
