We were honored to attend the Mount Wachusett Community College Nursing Pinning Ceremony and celebrate this milestone with the graduating class.

In celebration of Hospital Week 2026, today we honored the dedication, compassion, and commitment of our incredible teams at Athol Hospital and Heywood Hospital during our Employee Service Awards celebrations!

We proudly recognized employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and even 55 years of service. Their hard work and loyalty have helped shape the strong, caring culture that makes our hospitals so special.

We were also thrilled to bring back our Retirement Chairs tradition, honoring employees who dedicated 25+ years to Heywood and retired from the organization. Thank you for leaving a lasting impact on our patients, coworkers, and community.

From this morning’s bagel bar at Athol Hospital to today’s pizza celebration at Heywood, it was a wonderful day spent recognizing the people who make all the difference every single day.
