Giving birth to my almost 1 year old son 🥰 made me realize how much I should have gotten a doula. I was in labor with my son during COVID and unfortunately I also had COVID myself while in labor 😔 I know if I wasn’t sick that extra guidance and encouragement would have made my experience so much more better! Thankfully they still allowed my husband ❤️

Who can do it? You can do it! Here are three common positions to try during your labor:
🧡 Squatting position : squatting allows your pelvis and uterus to lean forward allowing the baby to be in proper alignment for delivery. 💚 Sitting position: sitting either on the toilet or a birthing ball can give relief to your perineum reducing tearing. 💜 Hands and knees position: it may seem silly but as some doctors say the same way baby went in is the same way they can come out. Being on all fours can help take pressure off of your spine and open up your pelvis. Gives these a try and see the magic happen!

Group B Strep Infection is a bacterial infection that can be found in a woman's va**na or re**um and passed to the baby during delivery.
