Spill the Shadow Tea™ ☕🖤
“Not Every Sign Is Loud… Some Just Make You Smile.”
Everybody on the internet be screaming,
“Watch for the signs!”
“11:11 means this!”
“Something big is coming!”
And I’m sitting here like…
What about the quiet ones?
The ones that don’t shake the table…
don’t send chills down your spine…
don’t come with fear attached…
They just make you pause…
…and smile.
See, I’ve noticed something.
Certain times don’t hit me like numbers…
they hit me like memories dressed up as moments.
1/11…
5/6…
6:02…
To somebody else, that’s just time.
To me?
That’s love with a timestamp.
And it’s not heavy.
That’s the part people don’t talk about.
Because if it was fear…
my body would tighten.
If it was warning…
my spirit would feel unsettled.
But instead?
I’ll glance at the clock…
see 6:02…
and something in me just softens.
I smile.
Not because I’m trying to make meaning out of nothing…
…but because I already know what it means to me.
Let me say this real clear for the ones who get it and don’t know how to explain it:
Everything isn’t a prediction.
Everything isn’t a warning.
Everything isn’t “something is about to happen.”
Some things are simply…
“This mattered.
This still matters.
And you didn’t lose it.”
Grief don’t always cry.
Sometimes it shows up as recognition.
A pause.
A breath.
A soft smile in the middle of your day
when nobody else knows why.
And baby… that ain’t spooky.
That’s not darkness.
That’s what happens when love was so real…
your mind refuses to let it fade into nothing.
So no…
I don’t panic when I see certain numbers.
I don’t run to decode them like a crisis.
I don’t let nobody tell me what it should mean.
Because I already know:
I don’t chase signs…
I carry memories.
And every now and then…
time just gently reminds me
that what I loved…
still lives with me.
🖤 Affirmation to Hold:
“I honor what I’ve loved without fear.
What was real doesn’t leave me.”
🪞 Shadow Check:
What moments make me pause…
and what do they gently remind me of?
🕯️ Soft Truth:
Not everything that feels spiritual is meant to be decoded.
Some things are just meant to be…
felt.
