Healing after loss is not about “moving on,” it’s about learning how to carry love in a new way.
Whether someone has left this world or simply left your life, the space they once filled does not disappear overnight. It echoes, it aches, it teaches. And in that space, you are allowed to grieve, to feel, to remember, and to slowly rebuild.
Be patient with yourself. Some days will feel heavy, others lighter—but both are part of healing. You are not meant to rush this process.
Let your love for them become something that softens you, not something that hardens you. Let it remind you to be more present, more compassionate, more alive.
Nothing real is ever truly lost—it changes form, it lives in memory, in lessons, in the way you choose to keep going.
Today, just take one gentle step forward. That is enough. 🙏❤️
