Emily Mayer-Weiberg is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Energy Healer. Guiding clients to relax, release, and reset.

Emily is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Energy Healer located in the Fox Valley area of Illinois. She believes in a holistic approach to healing; where conditions of the mind, body, and spirit are all considered. Her intention is to guide others on their path to healing by increasing their awareness of this connection. You can find her at Sacred Earth Acupuncture and Holistic Healing and Flower of Life Yoga and Wellness Center.

Throughout her career, Emily learned the importance of working with the nervous system to integrate awareness between the mind, body, and spirit. She aims to create a healing, sensory experience using various tools and techniques. Through bodywork, meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, Reiki, and Shamanic Healing principles, she hopes to guide her clients into a state of relaxation and awareness where they can tap into their own healing capabilities. Emily believes we all have the capacity to heal ourselves, we just need to awaken our inner healer. It is an honor to help guide you along the way. ✨Sacred Synchronicity✨

An opportunity called and I made an impulse decision to leave my baby for the first time to share my craft with a wellness retreat where I knew no one. Something my past self would have never considered!

My soul was calling me to come back to myself. But ever since becoming a mother, I am someone new. So I had to go meet her. I found that I’m more my authentic self than I’ve ever been. And I am so.damn.proud.

This weekend filled me up in ways I cant quite explain. But I do know, without a doubt, that bringing peace and healing to others is my souls purpose.

Things are shifting and new avenues are opening for me. I rest in winters quiet surrender to reflect, gather, and direct. Being a mother and helping mothers is my focus in this next chapter. I wholeheartedly enjoy this journey as it unfolds🌀

As a first time mom I’m still learning how to make time for me.

Before I had a baby, it was easy for me to tell my clients with kids to make more time to fill their own cup. I could see what constant caregiving does to the body, mind, and spirit. The way it drains you, leaving you with nothing left. And now I realize how much easier it was to say those words than it was for me to follow through with that advice🙃

I love my baby so much it was hard for me to set aside time away from her. But my cup was empty. I couldn’t care for her in the ways I wanted to anymore. Something had to change. I started getting migraines, was feeling depleted, anxious, angry, and completely out of balance.

Enter regular Reiki sessions with Laura Hexom.

This woman has brought me back to life🌟 each session has helped me release crushing anxiety, physical pain, and even generational trauma. Our healings have brought me deep insights and guided me back to a space of love, grace, presence, and gratitude. I can’t sing her praises loud enough!

If you haven’t tried Reiki, Laura is your girl! And if you haven’t tried it from her yet, you must!!

We will be honoring the element of fire in this sacred dance❤️‍🔥 bring a drum if you feel called as we will begin our dance with a drum circle. Drums and flow toys will also be provided!

Join Emily and her husband Nick as they guide you through your journey to release emotions and connect to oneself and the dancing community. Nick will be curating a special live DJ set to guide you through different sounds; allowing you to tap into the way your body experiences music.

We will open the circle with a drum circle to connect to the element of fire. After, you will have freedom to flow with your own intuition, connecting to the way your body wants to move with the soundscape.

Our partner & massage workshop was so lovely!! Being new parents it’s hard to find time for each other. But this class was a great opportunity to slow down, tune in, and move with intention 🥰
