Women living with pain, leaking, discomfort, and symptoms they were told are “just normal.” The truth is—you should not have to live in fear or silence. We’re here to guide you, support you, and help you feel confident in your body again 🤍

We’re so grateful you trusted us with your care during your second pregnancy 🤍

It was such a privilege to support you along the way, and hearing that your delivery felt smooth and calm means everything to us. You put in the work, prioritized your health, and prepared your body—and it truly showed.

We’re so proud of you and so happy your second birth felt like a breeze ✨

Good thing I just make the content and not the treatment plans 😉

A fun little muscle guessing game with Amber and a sweet reminder of how incredible our team is. So thankful for clinicians who know their stuff and care so deeply for our patients ✨

Babies welcome here 🤍
At Pillar Physiotherapy, we truly love seeing your little ones. We know motherhood is busy, and finding childcare isn’t always realistic—and that’s okay.
You are always welcome to bring your kids to your sessions. We have plenty of toys and want them to feel welcome too, so you can focus on yourself while we make it work together.
If bringing your baby means you can show up for yourself, we fully encourage it. You deserve care too. 🫶

Not all breech babies look the same 👶✨
When most people hear “breech,” they picture baby lying horizontal—but there are actually several different positions baby can be in:
• Complete breech: baby sitting cross-legged
• Footling breech: one or both feet positioned to come out first
• Transverse: baby lying horizontally across the uterus
• Frank breech: legs straight up by their head
And of course—our goal is optimal fetal positioning 🤍
Understanding these variations is the first step in knowing how to support your body and baby throughout pregnancy. If you’ve been told your baby is breech, there are ways we can help guide you toward a more optimal position.
