An Experiential Introduction to Internal Family Systems is a 4-week experiential introduction designed specifically for clinicians.

Maybe you were taught, "This is they way we have always done it." but also wondering if what you are putting in your notes is necessary. Not just because you maybe doing more work than necessary... But also because in 2026, with the complex political climate in Texas and especially with SB14, clinical notes with the wrong word in the note can cause real harm.

We’re offering an ongoing, secular, therapist-led recovery support group for adults who are sober and want community without religion, hierarchy, or performance. This group focuses on understanding what drives urges, reducing shame, and building self-trust using trauma-informed, neuroscience-based approaches.
