I’ve been working on something new that I’m really excited to share.

I just opened a supportive online space for pregnant moms who want to feel calm, confident, and more prepared for birth. It’s a place to ask honest questions, learn without overwhelm, and be reminded you don’t have to do this alone.

Right now it’s free while I build and shape it, and later it will become a small monthly membership to support the time and care that goes into this space. I wanted to open the doors first to a small group of women who want to grow with it from the beginning.

This isn’t a course — it’s a community.

Hey friends… how come we don’t talk much about doula life with ADHD?

Because on one hand, my brain is AMAZING in birth spaces — intuitive, hyper-focused, deeply present, reading the room like a sixth sense.

And on the other hand…

…I’ve got 4️⃣7️⃣ tabs open

…3 unfinished charts 📋

…a client text I ✨thought✨ I sent 🤦🏼‍♀️

…and I’m holding a rolling pin wondering how I got here. 🙃

Birth adrenaline? 🤌🏼 Elite.
On-call life? 🏃‍♀️ Mostly thrilling.
The crash afterward? …Absolutely humbling 😅

Add in mom life, running your own business, and trying to be a festive human in December 🎄✨ — aka aggressively making it magical for my kids who are growing up WAY too fast 😭

— and suddenly I’m overstimulated, avoiding the 4 baskets of clean laundry I need to fold and put away, watching my to-do list grow and my will-power to complete it diminish… but STILL saying yes to things like I’ve slept in the last week. 🥲

This. Is. WILD!

A baby girl was delivered at Burning Man after her mother unexpectedly went into labor at the desert festival on Wednesday morning.

Kayla Thompson and her husband, Kasey Thompson, were sleeping in their R.V. camper trying to rest during their first burn when she awoke in pain, thinking it could be her appendix.

Instead, it was her first child, a 3-pound 9-ounce baby girl, which she delivered in the bathroom of their camper, with subsequent help from a neonatal nurse, an OB-GYN wearing only his underwear and a pediatric doctor all at the festival as well, who rushed to assist after the husband ran out of the R.V..

The couple normally based in Salt Lake City says they had no idea she was pregnant.

Other burners have called the baby “Citizen Zero,” while a gofundme with this picture has been started to help the family.
