Good morning beautiful people!! Read this shirt. Barefoot massage is by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever had or ever given. The heel isn’t pokey like an elbow. The broadness of the foot is exquisite! And once you go barefoot you’ll never go back to what you were getting. NEW table!!!! I’ve been wanting this table for three years! I finally pulled the trigger on it and bought it. I could not be happier! It is a few inches wider than my old table, which is going to make massaging with my feet so much easier. No more hanging 10 literally on the edge!!

Just a little update......
So it has been 29.......TWENTY-NINE(!) days since I had been to my office or done massage on anyone. Yesterday I had to go up to my office,and pick up some biz mail. As soon as I walked in I went back to my room, and BURST into tears. Y’all! I MISS my clients, my job, my bars, my space,the energy that is in that space....ALL. OF. IT! This s**t has got to end. As grateful as I am that I am safe and that all my family is safe, I miss my work life, and what I love to do. Hugs y’all....believe me you will each get the real thing when I am back, and I WILL be back! ❤️

Hey Everybody!
Just a little note to update you all. I’m not gonna lie, I am having a hard time not being in my cool zen office space, doing the thing I love most. What I do is truly my gift from God. He knew this was my destiny, and made it so. I WILL be back. At this point like a lot of folks I just don’t know exactly when. I am doing my part to “flatten the curve” so that we all may resume our normal lives sooner rather than later. In the meantime, my house has been spotless, for days on end. 😂. I have also enjoyed the extra time to make more meals from scratch. Another thing I have always loved but,put it on the back burner. It’s even more special when my oldest son Kyle brings his fabulous culinary skills to the kitchen and we cook together. He’s taught me so many things I didn’t know. I pray that you all are well and are enjoying this unexpected gift of time with our loved ones. Stayed tuned, I’ll post again. Love you all.

Hey everybody!
I have been on the fence since last week about the Coronavirus, and whether or not to stay open. I finally got word from my massage governing body that its best if we all temporarily close our doors. So with a heavy heart I am going to be temporarily closing Sole to Soul for now up to four weeks.
I have too many clients that are immunocompromised, and depend on me to help them to function on a weekly basis. I’d rather keep all of you safe and healthy.
This has been a worrisome time too for me and my business, but I know that in the long run things are going to be fine. In the mean time you can still purchase e-gift cards from my Square site, just click the link below. Lord knows we are all gonna be in need of some relaxation once this dust settles.

I posted this on IG the other day and then decided I should post here too. My FasciAshi fam is the bomb! They encourage me and are there for questions and concerns on all levels. They help to make me a better therapist.

Love this and the people I learn from! 👣👣 .

“How do you know?” clients will ask.
“You’re using your feet. How do you know where those spots are?” they ask when I find a tender spot.

Sometimes it’s learned knowledge from a book or school. Sometimes it’s learned knowledge from working with other bodies. Sometimes it’s intuition.

But it’s always a combination of learned skill, hands (feet) on skill, and intuitive skill.

Sometimes the magic of massage happens in the first session.
It just works the first time and you leave feeling 💯.

But sometimes it doesn’t. And that doesn’t mean that it’s never going to work. That just means you need more time. And I will pull out every magic trick I have to help you.

Be consistent with your healing. Honor yourself.
Because that is the true magic of massage.

That massage table is mine. Not the one I use to help heal people, but the one I lay on to get healing. I get massages twice a month. If I didn’t I would a.) go INSANE and b.) be so bound up I couldn’t help anyone. To quote my sweet friend Faith Darling “Self care. Whether it’s crushing weights at the gym, hanging from the ceiling in aerial yoga class, or just taking a few moments to journal and meditate in the mornings— when I take time for myself first, I have more of EVERYTHING to give to others.” This is so true! I often tell my clients to put the oxygen mask on yourself before you can help others. So go out there and get some self care!!
