Landlords This is a “ GOOD READ “happened recently! If you see or know this person she has been a vagrant in one of my rentals for over a month!!! She was referred to me by a good friend w/ divorce sob story sleeping in her car , hotels & everywhere else she could with 3 kids in her car in parking lots. Be on the look out she’ll be in one near by you very soon !!!
Well you never to old to learn. She was given keys for my rental to clean her portion for her own use two weeks in advance as a house share with a previous tenant who had been living at my house due to other conditions that he co shared for only a week prior months until we found the house was full of bedbugs & roaches from his previous friends asking him to live in & help cover the bills. Moving forward …. I had an upcoming knee surgery and we already been bombing the house on a regular basis and had the bug issue under control but I was not ready to let the house go until after I had knee surgery and I informed this young lady that it would not be ready until after my surgery, unfortunately her car broke down in my driveway and I had helped her out by letting her use my driveway to replace an alternator that she already had the part in her car with her “how convenient. “ I also took her oldest daughter to Dollar General with her mothers prepaid food card to help her out, so the kids could get fed because they were hungry while she was busy ranting and her fixing the car and the kids were getting on her nerves. I felt sorry for the kids getting a cold sandwich that evening on their belly so I spent $100 on pizza and I even bought her some beer because she said she could use a cold one or twoand of course I had to buy the extra things that were put in the cart that her food card wouldn’t cover. I considered her for the house because she works for loval schools as a substitute teacher so she said at the time and a bus driver and also worked DoorDash and told me she made well over $4000 a month. I told her I would grant her, the full access & write a lease for the home in two weeks once I had my surgery and her paperwork come back to approve her background check and her credit check and also her references at work. Needless to say after I got out of my surgery, she’s already moved in the house put electric water and sewer in her name never paid me any rent for a month and a half …,week after week making excuses she would pay and never did and informed me & the judge how unsafe house was w/ a felon living there with her & daughters. She then said, bedbugs & roaches were back.  meanwhile, the other roommate had been moved back in just days after she took over the house. He was the true and rightful tenant & that was quickly proven because he came home from work and couldn’t get in the house because she had locked him out and he had to call the cops.  well, guess what at midnight they also called the landlord the landlord wasn’t very happy. Only 3 days out from total knee surgery and not suppose to be out going anywhere!!! Once I got there the police said there was no violence and no one was hurt, but they came to the conclusion that the gentleman had every right to live there he had the correct paperwork identity and everything to prove he was the tenant, but this lady had nothing no lease no receipts no proof of  tendency and at that time not even a valid driver’s license!!!after that situation, she still would not move out. She informed me that I was gonna have to take her to court and evict her and still no money was paid for her stay.  the next step was to go to town and file for evictions papers for wrongful occupancy. Why do these people do this? Why do they think they have the right to stay and not pay? Why would she even ever think she could move in and never pay a penny, and be made move out.

Selling lawn tickets for 10 am show on May 31st for any supporters or those interested to see how an eviction is ✅
You can’t trust anyone these days! Court ordered her to pay rent due of over 2,000.00! I hope her next landlord doesn’t get short scammed or changed

My advice on this whole voting thing is don’t vote for anyone on the BALLOTS ! Let’s get together and write votes for people in the community that we know will do good by the people for the people. It’s time we take back our schools, community, towns, city’s, county, states, and our country. Let’s stop the division and bring back God, Family values, good neighbors, unity, manners, common sense & education. Let’s play stick ball for fun instead of leagues for trophies, come together to help build homes for those instead of building bigger houses we don’t need! Teach our children to work for the things they need instead expect newest or las test devices or everything that comes along. Shut down the media use and access after work & school and play board games or build things. We have lost touch in society just as the ones in power have planned it for many years.

Dear Family, friends , Co- Workers, Neighbors, & Church Family

I want to share my humbleness & gratitude for all the outpouring gifts of kindness in every sense from checking in time to time to helping hands for that I am unable to do for myself at this time. Stephanie Reel has been an absolute savior by my side since day one, everybody needs that #1 !

I have been recently overwhelmed with the support & donor sick days from my amazing co-workers at BCS making life less stressful & making a huge relief w/finances . I really needed to share with you just how much you & your donation means to me. 🙏🏻 Debra

Some of you may have seen the post of my recent surgery. Dr. Fisher , Orthopedic Surgeon @ FastMed & Trinity Hospital, Trinity Florida who performed an amazing multiple disc implant above & below C5& C6 w/ removal of plates & screws from existing fusion from a previous work related injury in 2000.

My update of progress is slower than I expected and if you know me, it’s difficult to follow doctors orders to rest & heal. I am schedule for an X-ray this week to show & tell if the placement & healing of disc implants haven’t slipped or moved.

Now for the bad news 😞
Dr Cincinnati has determined that I now need a left knee replacement due to recent unattended work related injuries. I’ve been walking on a cane / walker to prevent falling & risk of injury of my neck especially during healing. Surgery will be schedule upon approval & release of present recovery. God is Good, HE is great & this too shall pass with your continued support.

I hope you feel my gratitude and can’t wait to share the upcoming progress & upcoming surgeries planned to continue making progress to return to normal (?) function & also to return to my work & everyday life. Until then, catch me & my random post updates on social media. Please share
