☀️ Hey there friends! Reminder - this Fri 6/20 and Mon 6/23 I will not be in class but the library will still be open for you to practice together at 9 am if you would like to. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼

Yoga reminder - tomorrow (5/23) I will not be in class but the library will still be open at 9 am for you to practice together if you'd like. Also, Monday 5/26 our 9 am class will be held at the church (117 E Burke St) instead of the library. Take care friends! ☺️🙏❤️

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of joining Paws and Purpose Rescue at Bedington Elementary for a little bit of yoga and a whole lot of puppy snuggles. Thank you to everyone who came out in support to help these beautiful babies find their forever homes! 🐶🐾❤️

🪺🐝🌷Happy Spring, friends! I am happy to announce that we'll be returning to our FULL Yoga schedule this month!! See below for important dates in April:

☀️Fri 4/4 - 9 am class will be virtual @ the Hedgesville Library
🌿Tues 4/8 & 4/22 - No class @ Berkeley Senior Center
🐇Wed 4/23 - 5:30 pm class resumes at CRUCC (117 E Burke St)!! 🐦

☀️ Hello friends! Quick update to let you know that surgery went well for me and I am healing as I should be ☺️ Thank you all for your messages and words of encouragement!

✨ I will be sending links for 2 previously recorded yoga classes each week, starting Mon 1/13. If you are interested in receiving those classes, please email me at hapiyogi@hotmail.com

💫 Lastly, some of you have inquired about continuing to practice together at the Hedgesville library while I am away. Dana has graciously offered to hold that space for you all on Mondays and Fridays at 9 am, starting tomorrow! 🧘🏼‍♀️❤️

☀️ Hello friends! As many of you know, I will be having hip replacement surgery on January 6. Recovery time is estimated at 6-8 weeks so I do hope to be back in class by mid February. For any students interested, I plan to release some pre recorded yoga classes each week while I'm recovering. I will keep you posted with details on that. Please follow my Yoga with Elizabeth page on FB for updates over the next couple months. Below is our schedule for the rest of December. 🧘🧘🏼‍♀️❤️
