I love when science catches up with ancient spiritual practices. 🌀

✨ It’s so good to be back in sacred stillness and connection with you all! ✨
I’ll be hosting a Restorative Sound Bath tomorrow at Touch of Meraki, a gentle evening to reconnect with yourself and reset your energy.

After a summer of movement, activity, and outward expression, this gathering invites us to slow down, soften, and prepare for the inward turning of fall. 🍂

Through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into deep rest, restoring harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

🍂 The autumn equinox is here, that rare moment when day and night are equal. It’s a reminder even if for a brief moment we can find balance. Just as nature shifts seasons, we too move through our own cycles.

Some journal prompts to observe during this sacred pause 💕Take a few breaths, and ask yourself:
- Where in my life do I feel balanced? Where do I feel out of balance?
- What am I ready to release, just as the trees release their leaves?
- What blessings or “harvest” am I grateful for from this year so far?
- How can I honor both my light and my shadow as I step into this new season?

Write freely, without judgment, and notice what truths rise to the surface.

When the longer nights come remember that darkness offers blessings of quiet, stillness, and reflection that help us grow just as much as the light.

May we carry gratitude for all we’ve created and received so far, and hold hope for what is still to come. 🙏✨ and so it is ✨

Hi beautiful souls, I’ve missed you all so much! ❤️‍🔥

As a Virgo sun, I naturally hermit, retreat, and reflect, and this past year, I really needed that pause. My 33rd trip around the sun brought challenges, growth, and reflection. (They weren’t playing about the Jesus death year). I had moments of self-criticism, burnout, and doubt, but most importantly I gained deep insights, healing, and clarity. I learned the importance of presence, authenticity, and leaning on others for support (a Virgo asking for support? Yeah who would’ve thought 🤷‍♀️)

I am stepping into my 34th solar return with so much appreciation for my work and with renewed energy, I’m so grateful to reconnect with all of you! Here are my offerings for the month of September and my books are officially open ✨

During this session, we’ll focus on acupuncture points that support mental and emotional balance: Releasing stress, calming the mind, and opening the heart.
