With a background in nutrition, herbal, and social and health sciences, I have been helping people make lifestyle changes to improve their wellbeing for the past 34 years. I believe in a holistic approach to health, incorporating nutrition, exercise, stress management, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and looking at people from a whole-person perspective.
