In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we savored the flavors of Guatemala. Known as the birthplace of chocolate, Guatemalan cuisine blends Mayan tradition with Spanish influences to create vibrant and tasty dishes.

On the menu: tostones with guacamole, enchiladas, refried black beans, cucumber salad and tres leches cake.
