There’s never a right time for change. But when you hear that little voice say ‘take the leap’ you just gotta do it. Forever grateful for my time at CRF & all I have learned in my time there. Here’s to being brave & trying something completely new. ✨ stay tuned.

“You must have the courage to trust your instincts and be ready to question what other people don’t. If you do that, you can seize opportunities that others would miss. Believe in yourself, and use everything you can - including the obstacles - to propel you along the road to success. Who knows what you might achieve?” -Rodney Branson

A very merry Christmas from our family to yours. 💚❤️🤍

Isaiah 9:6: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

The newborn phase is one of my favorite. 😍 I know some people say complete opposite, but truly there’s nothing like it.

The interrupted sleep, unpredictable day, the snuggles, the spit up, the blowouts,.. it’s something that is gone in a blink of an eye.

Yes it can be exhausting (especially with 2 other kids).. and sometimes it’s easy to take for granted this season. But the truth is, we blink and these tiny moments are in the past.

They are moments I will treasure forever. I’m so grateful for this time of slowing down to be present with our sweet babies. To literally watch them grow right before my eyes.

Thank you God always for these blessings. 🥰

34 week ultrasound today 🧡 Baby #3 is measuring to be our biggest baby yet 🙈 head is 97 percentile & overall 91 percentile …currently 6 lb 2 oz..😳😵‍💫 which is greatttt news that baby is super healthy. But this does make my chances of vbac slimmer. Doctor said I have a 50% chance & says for vbac it would be ideal for him to come in 2-3 weeks…

Not going to lie as soon as the doctor said that I started feeling doubtful, and less confident in the challenge of pursuing a vbac. Putting my trust in God’s provision & plan for what is to come. Until then.. I better hurry and get some diapers! 😂

Throwback to the month before I was pregnant ✌🏼Summer bod looks a little different this year 😂 less then 2 months until baby!

It sure is a beautiful, humbling experience to be pregnant. Women’s bodies are incredible. Our bodies get hijacked to literally create a life. I think it’s not easy, but important as pregnant (and PP) mamas to remind ourselves that this is only a season. Limitations physically, all the things you can’t eat/drink, the extra inches around well everywhere, not being able to put on your shoes, the acne, the swelling… all those things are temporary. A season of sacrificing comfort & security for that beautiful little baby (or babies!).

Just felt like sharing, cuz I’m sure I’m not the only one who needs this reminder. 🙃🫶🏼

I call this the “Calm The Crazy”blend 🤪

Swipe once to see the crazy one. Swipe more to learn what’s in these bottles. 👉🏼

I put a few drops of Serenity directly into the bath & let them soakkkk! Then a drop or two (or three 😜) of Balance & Copaiba in their palms, have them rub there hands together & take some deeepp breaths. 👌🏼🙃

These are also great to add to the diffuser in the kiddos room. I will take ALL the help I can get. 😬🫶🏼

Child birth ✨

Well after 2 c-section experiences I’ve decided to attempt for a VBAC this time around.

To be honest, I didn’t think it was an option. “Once you have a c-section don’t you have to have another??”

My first birth was quite the roller coaster. 40 hours of labor and 3 hours of pushing ended in an emergency c-section along with Sawyer being in the NICU. It was wild 😵‍💫 and post in itself. After that, I was a bit disappointed not because I didn’t give birth. Really regardless I knew I did. But because I felt like my body couldn’t finish the job it started.

With my 2nd I didn’t even think twice when scheduling my C-section. I felt so defeated after my experience with our first. My provider at the time didn’t offer VBAC and made me feel like it would never be an option…

3rd baby, new provider & building a new confidence.. I’m going for it. It’s going to take some healing of my first birth but I feel hopeful. I always say ‘you don’t know what your capable of until you try’. So here goes nothing. Due date is still August 8th but the goal is to naturally go into labor & have baby the second half of July. 🤞🏼😬

If you know any helpful resources, advice/tips, heck just some encouragement that would be great. I’ll take any & all! 😬

If you have personally have experience with VBAC or TOLAC I would love hear about your experience 🥰
