Hello, Wild Feminine Faire - Gig Harbor community 🌿✨ I have something beautiful to share. Stellar Soireés Event Creation is adding a brand new event to our 2026 lineup, and I immediately thought of you.

We are planning the Harbor in Bloom Spring Faire for May 2026 in Gig Harbor, and we are intentionally creating a special wellness-centered area within the event. Imagine a grounded, intentional space woven into a vibrant open-air marketplace. A place for healing, embodiment, plant wisdom, energy work, mindful movement, and heart-led offerings to flourish alongside artisans, botanicals, and handmade goods.

For transparency, we are currently applying to host the event at the Gig Harbor Civic Center Green on Saturday, May 16th. Final details will be shared as soon as permits are confirmed.

This event will bring together local artisans and crafters, specialty foods, community organizations, and a curated wellness collective designed to feel inclusive, nourishing, and aligned. Women-owned, women-led, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and mission-driven businesses are deeply encouraged to apply.

All vendors can expect:
• A curated, community-focused marketplace
• A vibrant, all ages, all humans atmosphere
• Live music & entertainment throughout the day
• Strategic marketing and promotion leading up to the event
• A welcoming space to share your gifts with Gig Harbor & beyond

If you’ve been part of Wild Feminine Wellness Faire, you already know the intention we bring. Harbor in Bloom will carry that same care and integrity, woven into a larger spring celebration.

Space will be limited to maintain balance and alignment. Applications will be thoughtfully reviewed based on originality, presentation, and resonance with event values. Vendor fees and details are included in the application.

Hi friends, community, chosen family, and magic-makers ✨
I’m Jennifer Day, owner and creator behind Stellar Soireés Event Creation, a very small business doing some very BIG, love-filled things for the Gig Harbor and Tacoma communities.

This message comes from a place of deep humility, reflection, and enormous gratitude. Before anything else, I want to say this clearly and loudly: THANK YOU.

Thank you to every single person who has encouraged me, checked in on me, lifted me up, stepped in, stepped up, and—quite literally—taken the reins when I needed help. From social media wranglers and inbox tamers, to planners, communicators, day-of helpers, and the folks who showed up with their hands, hearts, and time—you are the reason these events exist. Truly. 💖

Over the past couple of years, the high standards I set for myself as an event coordinator—my “white glove” approach—haven’t always been met. Timely communication, thoughtful follow-ups, and intentional thank-yous are values I hold dear, and I know some of that fell behind. It’s difficult to admit, but it matters to me to say it clearly: I’m truly sorry.

In April of 2023, I was diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes. I made a brief, limited adjustment to my workload, but it wasn’t sustained, and I soon returned to operating at full capacity. Over time, the realities of managing significant medical needs affected my availability and follow-through in ways that impacted the people who support these events and place their trust in me. Your support has never gone unnoticed — even when my actions didn’t fully reflect the gratitude I felt in my bones.

Behind the scenes, I currently manage the majority of operations and communication for my events. That includes:

📸 4 Instagram profiles
🎥 2 TikTok accounts
📬 7 Gmail inboxes
…and yes, a partridge in a pear tree 😉

All in support of:

Alongside that, I serve as the creator, vendor coordinator, producer, and problem-solver-in-chief for these events 💫

This isn’t shared for sympathy—it’s shared for clarity. Transparency matters to me. Trust is built with honesty. 🤍

What I am asking for—and what I am endlessly grateful for—is community and grace. I am profoundly thankful for the friends and collaborators who help with social media, planning, communication, and day-of support, and for those who gently remind me that I don’t have to do everything alone. You have carried this work with me, and at times for me, and I will never forget that.

Many thoughtful changes are ahead — structural shifts, organizational growth, and movement toward a more sustainable future. I’ve learned a lot. I’ve worked myself into exhaustion. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve grown. 🌱
