Last week, we celebrated National Assisted Living Week in true wild style with our Safari Spirit Week! 🐾 Our residents and staff showed off their spirit by dressing up in fun, animal-inspired outfits.
To keep the celebration going, we enjoyed a sweet treat from Tiki Joe’s Hawaiian Shaved Ice Truck 🍧, and we wrapped up the week with a creative Sip & Paint 🎨, where residents painted the beauty of the Serengeti.

Last week, American Groves Senior Living was all shook up as we celebrated Spirit Week, Elvis style! Residents and team members alike embraced the spirit of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll with themed outfits, dazzling décor, music, dancing, and activities that brought Elvis Presley’s legacy to life right here in our community.

From an Elvis-inspired menu featuring his favorite grilled peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwich 🍌🥓 to a Southern-style feast that sparked fond memories and heartfelt conversations, the week was filled with joy, nostalgia, and connection.

One of the highlights was a special presentation on the life and legacy of Elvis, sparking admiration and laughter as we looked back on the icon who shaped a generation.

Today, we came together as a community to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Our Memorial Day flag-raising ceremony was a meaningful and heartfelt tribute — a time to reflect, remember, and give thanks.
