And because two Jennas are always better than one, our next staff shoutout goes to the amazing Jenna N. Especially perfect for , this rockstar started with us back at "The Big House" before we were even moved into our center space. She became an RBT, then Academy Associate, and is now an Academy Coordinator. All this alongside continuing her education toward naturopathic medicine. We can't wait to see where Jenna goes next, both with her career, and her education. #

At BloomKidz, we have five established Core Values that guard our short and long-term decisions. Guard the Objective is primary to these. It will not only be the theme for our upcoming all staff inservice, but is something we use as a yardstick for whether we are staying aligned to the reason we got started in the first place.

The objective - improving the trajectory of outcomes for children with complex medical and developmental needs & helping their families manage all the logistics that come with this level of complexity.

Guarding this is everything. If we do nothing else well, this is the one thing we will continue to center ourselves on for years to come. #
