I wanted to share a quick update about the monthly wellness hikes. Many of us can feel change unfolding right now, even if we don’t know exactly where it’s heading yet. With 2026 beginning a bit differently than many of us expected, I want to honor that by allowing a gentle pause rather than pushing through as we all adjust to the new direction we are quickly headed in.

With a few personal transitions underway, I’m using this time to reset and create stability so I am grounded and refreshed for our next wellness hike in April.

Keep an eye out for details closer to April—I can’t wait to get outside together and share some fun adventures 🌿🥾

I joke these days that I’m aging backwards…but it’s actually not a joke!! From almost dying in 2009 to my cardiovascular age being 7 years younger than my actual age in 2025/26 - it goes to show what a healthy lifestyle can do! 🥳🙌🏻

The Mind (thoughts, beliefs, internal dialogue)
The Body (what you eat, sleep, stress)
Relationships (especially with yourself)
Environment (and the people around you)
Choices (the little every day ones)
