I know a lot of women are curious about the healing groups I’ve been offering, but may still have questions, hesitations, or simply want to understand the experience more 🤍
I’ve also noticed that while there’s been a lot of interest, many women are still feeling a sense of hesitation — which is so understandable. This kind of work can feel deeply meaningful and also unfamiliar, vulnerable, or even a little intimidating at first.
So let’s open the conversation.
If you’ve been curious about:
✨ ketamine-assisted healing
✨ what group work is actually like or how it feels to be held in a supportive circle
✨ ceremony and integration
✨ safety, preparation, or the experience itself
✨ whether this kind of work is right for you
Here are a few questions I’ve already been asked:
Q: “Do I have to share deeply with the group?”
A: Not at all. You are always invited, never forced. Some women share openly, while others process more quietly. Both are welcome.
Q: “What does ketamine-assisted healing actually feel like?”
A: Every experience is unique, but many women describe it as deeply introspective, emotional, clarifying, and supportive in helping them access parts of themselves they’ve struggled to reach through talk therapy alone.
Q: “What if I’m nervous?”
A: That’s completely normal. Most women come in feeling some level of uncertainty, and often leave feeling surprised by how safe, connected, and supported they felt.
One of the women from my Death & Rebirth group shared:
“I came in terrified and unsure if I belonged here. By the end, I felt more connected to myself and less alone than I have in years. The group felt incredibly safe, grounding, and healing.”
Ask me a question below (or message me privately if that feels more comfortable), and I’ll answer honestly and openly.
June’s women’s group is currently forming, and I’d love to help make this work feel a little less intimidating and a little more understood 🤍
