Yoga Retreat starts tomorrow!!!!! We are prepped and ready to go! 16 of our 27 retreaters are starting early….meeting at Whole Foods at noon. We will be hiking then having a chill lunch with (optional) cocktails on the patio at the Hideaway. Check in at our gorgeous property is 4:00pm.

Any vegetarians or gluten free only diets among our fall retreaters? I did not get informed of any diet restrictions so I am assuming no restrictions. Please reach out if you have any restrictions so I can make sure you are taken care of ❤️🙏🏻

This is what happens after retreats….we gather and continue the bond that was created! Our Fall Retreat is sold out; however, our Spring Retreat is open for reservations. Please reach out if you want the info. Our retreats are very popular because they are within driving distance from home and are over a long weekend. Most yoga retreats require airfare, a weeks vacation from work, and are thousands of dollars. YPL retreats are also fun and not just focused on yoga. Our spring retreat is in Rocky Point. I was scared of Rocky Point but did our retreat there this past April. It was very safe. If you don’t want to drive we have options for transportation. You won’t regret attending. Come yoga retreat with us!
