By the grace of God, Tom has been sober for nine years—an ongoing journey that’s taught him and his family firsthand the weight of struggle and the beauty of redemption. In 2019, Tom and Melanie took a leap of faith, movi

ng their family from Chicago to Arizona in search of a life with more meaning, more light. That decision wasn’t easy—it was a calling. One that required trust, courage, and a willingness to walk into the unknown with faith as their compass. This brand is an extension of that journey. It’s not just a business—it’s a family mission to share hope, spark joy, and remind others that transformation is possible. Every design carries a whisper of that story, and a prayer that it reaches someone who needs it.

📖 FRIDAY REFLECTION

A lot of recovery happens quietly.

Not in dramatic moments.
Not in huge breakthroughs.

But in the small decisions nobody else sees:
• staying sober another day
• getting out of bed
• setting boundaries
• showing discipline
• reaching out instead of isolating
• continuing to try again

Sometimes progress doesn’t feel exciting.

Sometimes it simply looks like:
staying steady.

And honestly…
that matters more than most people realize.

Because the strongest foundations are usually built slowly.

If you’re in a rebuilding season right now —
keep going.

Your progress still counts.
Even when it feels small. 🙏

And if you’re looking for deeper support, structure, and honest conversations with others rebuilding their lives in recovery…

our TrueMystic Recovery community group is always open to you. 🤍

You don’t have to do this alone. 🙏
Have a blessed weekend everyone.

Recovery taught me something I never truly understood before:

Self-respect isn’t arrogance.
It’s finally knowing your worth.

It’s learning that healing means:
• setting boundaries
• protecting your peace
• walking away from what destroys you
• choosing discipline over self-destruction
• rebuilding the way you see yourself

For a long time, many of us lived beneath our value.
Not because we wanted to —
but because addiction, pain, trauma, and survival mode distorted how we saw ourselves.

Recovery changes that.

This design was created to represent the moment you stop abandoning yourself…
and start rebuilding your identity with strength, dignity, and purpose.

“Recovery Taught Me — Self-Respect”
Because healing isn’t just about getting sober.
It’s about becoming someone you’re proud of again. 🤍

Healing Mama Era 🤍

There’s something powerful about the moment a woman stops living in survival mode…
and starts choosing healing instead.

Not perfection.
Not having it all figured out.
Just finally deciding:
“I deserve peace too.”

This design was created for the moms rebuilding themselves quietly:
• healing emotionally
• setting healthier boundaries
• breaking cycles
• learning self-worth
• becoming more present
• choosing growth one day at a time

Because healing doesn’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes it looks like:
resting without guilt.
protecting your energy.
starting over softly.
learning to love yourself again.

To every mama in her healing era:
You are not behind.
You are rebuilding. 🌸

WEEK 8 — COMMUNITY
FRIDAY — REFLECTION
Who Really Supports Your Growth?

Slow down today!

Because not everyone connected to you…
is connected to your growth.

And recovery teaches that lesson clearly over time.

Some people support:
• healing
• accountability
• peace
• discipline
• growth

Others only feel comfortable with the version of you that stayed stuck.

That can be painful to accept.

But awareness matters.

Because the people around you influence:
• your mindset
• your habits
• your standards
• your direction

That’s why protecting your environment —
including your relationships —
is part of recovery too.

🧠 Reflection
👉 Who in your life genuinely supports the person you’re becoming?

And:
👉 Where might you need stronger boundaries?

💪 Weekend Reset
• Stay around people who support your growth
• Don’t isolate
• Reach out when things feel heavy
• Protect your peace
• Stay intentional with your relationships
You don’t need a huge circle.
You need healthy connection.

That’s what strengthens recovery. 🤍🙏

“Redeemed Daily”

Because recovery isn’t just one moment.
It’s a daily decision.

A daily choice to:
• keep rebuilding
• keep growing
• keep showing up
• keep moving forward
• keep becoming who you were meant to be

The word “redeemed” carries deep meaning for many people in recovery.

Not because the past disappears —
but because healing reminds us that our story isn’t over.

That we can rebuild.
That we can change.
That we can live differently.

And the phrase:
“One Day At A Time”
sits at the center for a reason.

Because lasting transformation rarely happens all at once.

It happens:
one choice,
one habit,
one prayer,
one conversation,
one day at a time.

That’s the deeper purpose behind the TrueMystic designs:
not just apparel —
but reminders.

Reminders that growth is still possible.
That peace is still possible.
That rebuilding is still possible.

Keep going. Your story still matters. 🙏

Moms in Recovery Understand...

That peace is productive.
That slowing down matters.
That boundaries matter.
That consistency changes everything.

And maybe the biggest lesson of all…

My family deserves the best version of me. 🤍

This design was created for the moms rebuilding their lives one day at a time — choosing healing, presence, peace, and growth for themselves and the people they love most.

For the moms learning:
• to slow down
• to protect their peace
• to become emotionally present
• to heal instead of escape
• to build calmer homes and healthier routines

Sobriety changes more than habits.
It changes the way you show up for your children, your family, and yourself.

So proud of how far you’ve come. 🌸

Recovery isn’t just about where you started —
it’s about every step you kept taking when things were hard.

The days you wanted to give up…
but didn’t.
The moments you chose growth over old patterns.
The quiet victories no one else saw.

That’s strength.

This design was created as a reminder that healing takes courage —
and progress deserves to be recognized.

One day at a time.
One step at a time.
And look how far you’ve already come. 🤍

📖 FRIDAY REFLECTION

One of the hardest parts of recovery is learning who you are without the things that once controlled your life.

For a long time, many of us used substances to escape:
pain, fear, loneliness, stress, shame, uncertainty.

Recovery changes that.

Eventually, you begin learning how to:
feel again,
heal again,
trust again,
and rebuild again.

That process isn’t always easy — but it’s worth it.

You are not defined by your worst mistakes.
You are not disqualified because of your past.

Healing takes time.
Growth takes work.
But a better life is possible.

Keep showing up.
Even on the hard days. 🙏
