I’ve been stuck for months.

My ankle injury gave me the perfect excuse to fall into “all-or-nothing” thinking:
If I can’t do a full workout, I won’t do anything at all.

It was a lie.

That mindset wasn’t protecting me it was keeping me stagnant.

So I changed the rules.
Now, I do five push-ups or sit-ups whenever I have a spare moment. No perfect routine just movement.

When we drop the need for perfection, we gain the consistency that actually creates results.

Community is about supporting the local spaces and professionals who help us thrive.

I’m at Spa Girl, NH, today to see Kellie for my own mental wellness. It’s a great local resource, and it’s also where I know a few of my patients participate in Rock Steady Boxing to manage their Parkinson’s. Seeing them work to stay active and mobile is always inspiring.

On the physical therapy side, I’m actually just starting up some sessions with Josh Brooks at Brooks Physical Therapy. It’s important to me to stay consistent with my own health and to connect my patients with local experts I trust.
