🔥 NEW CLASS ALERT at allDimensions Fitness Center 🔥
I’ve been wanting to bring this to life for a long time, and it’s finally here: Pilates Stations with Weights.
This is NOT your typical Pilates class. Think full-body strength and low-impact movement. You’ll rotate through the Reformer, Springboard, Chair, and/or TRX straps along with weighted exercises (5–15+ lbs), building strength and stability from every angle.
💪 Upper body: You might be curling weights while someone else is curling with the Springboard roll back bar, using the reformer hands in straps, or busting out some curls on the TRX straps.
🔥 Lower body? Reformer hamstring curls, TRX curls, Chair bridge pumps, or weighted curls on the mat/step; trust me, your legs will feel it.
Every station is designed to challenge you while keeping the focus on control and moving well in your body. All levels are welcome and the small class (max of 9) will be 50 minutes of focused and effective movement.
If you’ve been ready to try something new, get stronger, and feel more connected to your body… this is it.
Classes start in April and will be Tuesdays at 5:30 pm and Fridays at 6:00 am only at allDimensions Fitness Center. Spots are limited; book online at MindBody.
