By the way, see that Palladian opening - the triple window with the arched top - it will be gone. Based on the presented models of the "Ball Room Addition", the east wing gains and upper story and that connector will mean the loss of that window. The "Old East Wing" only connected at eh grade level so that window was preserved; that is not the case in the new model.

This seems to have become a “normal” problem. Make sure the calculations are correct and don’t simple “add a unit” because the piping or ductwork is too difficult.
