We didn’t build RADD to be just another gym.

We built it to create a place where people can get stronger, move better, trust their body again, and ultimately change their life.

For us, this has always been bigger than workouts.

It’s about helping people:

• get out of pain
• rebuild confidence
• change the way they feel physically and mentally
• create strength that lasts for life
• build habits that improve life outside the gym

Too many people think fitness means pushing through pain, guessing what to do, or feeling intimidated when they walk into a gym.

That’s exactly what we wanted to change.

RADD was built on the belief that coaching should be personal, strength should be sustainable, and every person deserves a plan that fits their body and their goals.

Whether that starts with personal training, group training, or a hybrid approach, it always starts with understanding you first.

That’s why every journey starts with a consultation.

If you’ve been thinking about getting stronger, moving better, feeling better, and creating positive change in your life, send us a message.

We’d love to help you find the right path.

The athletes who improve the most all have one thing in common: TRUST

The best results happen when you trust the process and trust your coach.

A great coach doesn’t just give you workouts. They help you train with purpose, adjust when life gets stressful, modify for intensity, and guiding you to overcome limitations, instead of short-term burnout.

Trust matters because real progress takes consistency, communication, and a plan built around you. When you trust your coach, you stop second-guessing every workout and start focusing on what really matters—showing up, learning, and improving.

At RADD, it all starts with a simple phone call. We take the time to learn about your goals, your training history, what’s holding you back, and whether our coaching is the right fit for you.

That conversation helps us make sure the service you choose—personal training, group coaching, or recovery support—actually matches what you need.

The more we understand you, the better we can coach you.

Do you need personal training or group training?

The answer depends on you.

At RADD we offer three ways to train:

Personal Training – one-on-one coaching focused on your specific goals, injuries, and movement patterns.

Group Training – structured strength workouts with coaching, accountability, and a supportive training environment.

Hybrid Training – a combination of both, where athletes use personal training sessions to refine movement, address limitations, and accelerate progress while also participating in group workouts.

The first step is always the same:

A consultation.

This allows us to understand your goals, training experience, injury history, and movement patterns so we can recommend the approach that will work best for you.

Because the best training plan isn’t one-size-fits-all.

If you’re interested in learning which training approach is right for you, schedule a consultation to get started.

One of the biggest challenges for new lifters learning the back squat is stability at the bottom of the movement.

When someone feels unstable, we often see two common reactions:

The hips shoot up too quickly
The hips shift forward to find balance

Both happen because the athlete is still learning how to control the barbell and keep the weight centered over their mid-foot.

When the bar drifts forward or the body loses stability, the movement becomes inefficient and can eventually place unnecessary stress on the knees, hips, or lower back.

This is why we spend time in the beginning focusing on mechanics and stability before increasing weight.

Barbell training isn’t just about strength.
It teaches the body how to create balance, control, and coordination under load.

At RADD we coach these details early so lifters can build strength safely and continue progressing for years.

If you’re new to barbell training or want to improve your squat mechanics, start with a consultation and movement assessment.
