Happy Friday!

While Kentucky dandies sip Mint Juleps, I’ve got a better idea.

The Leather Head Drink of the week is the Paloma:

2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
4 ounces Jarritos Grapefruit soda, chilled, to top
Pinch of salt
Garnish: lime wheel

Add the tequila, lime juice, and pinch of salt to the glass, and fill with ice.
Top with grapefruit soda, and stir briefly and gently to combine.

Garnish with a lime wheel.

Drink of the Week!

LAST WORD
A legendary classic cocktail. The Last Word deviates from our typical formula in that it relies on Green Chartreuse, which is often difficult to find, and somewhat pricey. If you’re serious about your cocktails, it’s worth seeking out.

1oz fresh lime juice
1oz Green Chartreuse
1oz Maraschino liqueur
1oz Gin

Shake with ice and serve over a large ice cube, or in a coupe glass.
Garnish with a good cherry.
