❄️January is flying by already, one of my main goals for this new year is time management. As we work towards February I’m going to start trying a new schedule that works with our family needs and the girls education as well.✨
📆 Weekly Schedule -
Sundays - God & Family First, starting family bake needs and meal prepping.
Mondays - Family bakes & trying something new
Tuesdays - Creating & Crafting with the girls
Wednesdays - Custom order and Stand Prep
Thursdays - Stand Restocks & Crafting with the girls
Fridays - Custom orders & Stand Prep
Saturday - Bake & Stand Restocks
Sounds more confusing than it is, but I find myself baking so much for everyone else ours personal bakes get bought before we have any extra left for us. I’m going to start designating time for crafting with my girls and trying new things (Sunday - Tuesday) & stand prep/bakes Wednesday - Saturday. Custom orders highly recommended while we make the transition in scheduling.
***Scheduling always tentative to change when needed for special customer orders just message me the dates you need. Scheduling also tentative to change for bigger jobs where Matthew needs extra hands at work.***
*Orders placed Sunday-Wednesday will be ready on Saturday/Sunday.
*Orders placed Thursday-Saturday will be ready on Wednesday/Thursday.
This not only allows me time to finish orders in a quality and flavorful manner but also time to restock ingredients needed and not having to rush to the store or over buying things we don’t need. A good cold proof time and great flavor and oven spring. If you know, you know!💚
🛍️If you want a guaranteed pick up for set restock days, the best things to do is preorder. We’ve had more and more new comers and restocks tend to go pretty quick.
