Two important Arizona bills have been signed into law, with support from PASRS, improving options for seniors and families.

SB1247 allows someone who does not need care to live in an assisted living community with a resident, if the provider allows it, helping loved ones stay together.

SB1473 protects assisted living homes by preventing local limits below 10 residents, preserving access to residential care options.
