Chronic pain? Plant your barefeet on nature's bed.
How often do we take off our shoes and soak up electrons from mother earth?
Seriously, most of us...rarely.
This is one of the most overlooked strategies in detoxification and clearing stagnation in the meridians (Chinese medicine) and the nadis (Ayurvedic medicine). I always encourage clients to factor this into their self care routines and during detox cleanses.
If you live in a region where natural unadulterated grass is scare, even resting your feet on desert landscapes such as rocks can ground you, especially after a rain.
Better sleep.
Better brain function.
Less pain.
Reduced fatigue.
Reduced stress hormones (cortisol)
Better mobility.
More effective detoxification.
And yes..better s*x.
