Glendive Medical Center has an attached 36-bed Extended Care Facility for residents in need of skilled or intermediate nursing care. Our Extended Care facility serves people of all ages who need short-term or long-term care. In addition to a competent and compassionate staff and a high quality of care, we offer a high quality of life for our residents.

As the Holidays are rolling on by, we just wanted to send out a few reminders!
1. For all new items coming into the facility, please make sure these items are checked in with the CNA Coordinator (Paige D) or with the Admin Assistant (Jenna G) to ensure the items are safety checked, labeled and inventoried.
2. If you are bringing in treats for your loved one and would like to share with another resident, please check with staff before doing so. We have a lot of different diets in place for the residents, some with strict diets, diabetes, allergies and with certain textured foods to ensure their safety.
3. How`s Mom App: this is an app for families to stay updated with their loved ones. For all residents, families are able to hop onto the app and check in with their loved one and ask questions as needed. If you have not gotten signed up for How`s Mom, please visit with Social Services, Peyton Sodt.
