About tonights Sound Immersion:
You’re welcome to bring anything that provides extra comfort for you; a blanket, cushion, journal, or layers. There’s no need to bring anything otherwise. Tea and water will be available.
Paper and pens will be available if you feel called to write or reflect.
Please silence all electronics before entering The Sanctuary and remove watches, electronic rings, and other devices so the space can remain quiet and uninterrupted.
The space will remain open for one hour after the session, so there’s no need to rush out. You’re welcome to stay quietly, write, rest, or simply be.
We are not limiting the number of attendees — anyone who feels they need this time is welcome to join, we only need to know your coming, as the doors will be locked during our time together. 320-219-4243 if you feel called, we will see you at 5pm tonight.

The new year arrives, and we're told to rush. Set goals. Fix everything. Become someone new. We begin our year under pressure and weight.

This year has begun especially heavy.
Not just busy or overwhelming, but unsettling in a way that reaches the nervous system.

What we are witnessing is not normal.

And it makes sense if you feel shaken, scared, or tired.

In response, we are offering a pop-up sound immersion this Sunday at 5 p.m.

We want you to know we see you. There are spaces where you don't have to harden, defend, or explain your humanity. The Sanctuary is one of them.

With the sub-zero temps headed our way, we’re canceling the 5 p.m. Sound Immersion for everyone’s safety.

The 11 a.m. session is still on, and there are a few spots open. This immersion is centered around grief —making space for it, being with it, and softening some of what we carry this time of year.

You don’t have to hike, sweat, or go on an adventure to receive the benefits of nature.

Even 30 minutes of simply sitting outside can lower cortisol, reduce anxiety, support nervous system regulation, and improve mood, focus, immunity, and sleep.

Your body responds to the quiet.
Your breath responds to the space.
Your system softens when it’s allowed to settle.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, disconnected, or tense, try stepping outside with no phone or apple watch etc, and let nature hold you.

Just sit. Notice. Breathe. Let your shoulders drop.

Even in a space built for deep healing, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Laughter, goofiness, curiosity, and play are part of the medicine here.

This work transforms because we stay human.

Not every moment has to be reflective, reverent, or still.

Sometimes healing begins with something simple like a spark of joy and laughter.

Release has a way of showing up differently for every person, and we felt that deeply in both Saturday sessions.

Thank you to everyone who came, breathed, softened, and let the sound move through you.

Between sessions, we shifted the room, reshaped the flow, tuned the energy, and kept listening for what helps people feel the safest and most held. Each immersion becomes its own story.

If you feel called to join us next time, our next two sessions are on December 13th at 11AM and 5PM, and will focus on honoring and creating space for the grief that many of us carry during this time of year. Space is limited and tends to fill quickly.

Sound Immersion update! The 11AM session is complete. Please let me know if you would like to be added to the waitlist.

Five spaces remain for the 5PM session.

Pre-arrival suggestions.
— dress in clothing that allows you to move freely, and rest in.
— plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early
— allow space to return gently to your day after if possible
— arrive with an open mind and heart

The space will remain open for up to 30 minutes after class for additional reflection, integration, and questions.

We are looking forward to welcoming you and providing a comfortable, safe place for you to rest and receive.

Stepping into this community has been such a gift. The way so many of you have shown support, curiosity, and kindness as I open my practice at The Sanctuary has meant the world. Small businesses only grow because of the heart and trust of the people around them, choosing to believe in what we are creating.

What to Expect in a Sound Immersion
A sound immersion is a multiple-practitioner group experience designed to calm your nervous system, quiet the internal noise, and give you space to breathe. You’re guided the entire time — nothing is required of you except showing up with an open mind, an open heart, and the willingness to take a pause from your day.

What You Can Expect
Every sound immersion follows a steady, familiar flow:
• A welcome and intention-setting
• Gentle movement and breathwork
• A guided body scan to help you settle into your space
• A guided meditation
• The sound immersion, using crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and voice
• A few moments of silence for integration
• A grounded closing before returning to your day
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You are guided throughout.

Before You Come
You don’t need to bring anything except yourself.
• Wear comfortable clothes you can rest in
• Bring a blanket if you want one
• Mats and everything else are already provided
• No previous experience is needed — you cannot do this “wrong”

After Your Session
A day of ease is ideal if you can allow it. If your schedule doesn’t allow that, at least move gently back into your day.
The space remains open for up to 30 minutes after class if you’d like a moment to reflect or simply stay in stillness before leaving.

Why We Do This
The purpose is simple:
To step out of the noise of life.
To calm your nervous system.
To interrupt the patterns that keep you stuck.
To give your body and mind space to decompress, soften, and reset.
To receive whatever it is you’re actually showing up for.

What a Sound Immersion Is Not
• Not a performance or concert
• Not a yoga class (though gentle movement is included)
• Not something you can fail at
• Not about trying to make anything happen
