One of my FAVORITE Glute/Leg days I do 2-3x a week!

I lift 5-6days a week. Some days are complete upper and lower body focused, some weeks I do splits and mix in a circuit for a little cardio punch!

No matter what I finish with 2 miles on the treadmill and lately it's been 3 miles! Put on your favorite Netflix show on your phone and just walk through an episode or two!
