What an experience daily chanting has been ! Very happy I started this practice 21 days ago - it’s different everyday that is for sure. I had some break thrus during the process that have brought some more peace into my process of experiencing this life.

This lil dude says Hi 👋

Years before I trained to teach yoga , studied the Chakra system or knew about the human electromagnetic field I drew this lil dude.

At the time the anxiety I was experiencing was so bad I could barely talk 👄 😩 and I was convinced that everyone strongly disliked me. But This little drawing was the beginning of my healing journey. It made me feel safe even though my mental health was at a rock bottom.

I was recognizing something about vibration

10 years later I am coming back to this drawing because there is more for me to learn from it.
