🦌 Welcoming in May with the Hawthorn & Lily of the Valley flowers, and a resting fawn. May is peak fawning season, and they are often left alone so as not to attract prey.

We invoke this month to bless us with grace, beauty, and through these powers, aid us in a newfound hope! May you connect with your highest willpower, the Highest Good, and prevail!

We are fixed in Spring now, and May is the month to bring forth the best in ourselves. Sun's Ta**us vibration...beauty and appreciation for life's resources. But by the end of the month, our mental games see an uptick, and new hope follows new ideas under the Gemini season. The living beauty all around invokes us to aim higher and succeed.

And, most of the ‘Siren’s Call’ is off 🌊🧜🏼‍♀️ to their owners! I made a XL Water Bottle for good measure, but I don’t feel comfortable shipping this size out.

Each water spell bottle contains a couple to several crystals (bottle size dependent). But all have a mix of Rose Quartz, Hawks Eye, Charoite, and Amethyst. Each label and seal is hand drawn, and the added charms are hand sewn during a constant echo of the spells intense intention. Sealed with wax and a deep devotion to the Sirens of the Sea.

No AI, no printer, no mass production. Simple, yet poignant majick. That’s what I do best.

The last image is a tease… these water spell bottles were crafted Monday, and will “brew” till astrological Beltane, May 5th.

Happy Tuesday, dear friends! It feels like ages since I last checked in. I've taken a little break to visit some friends on the south shore. Now, it’s back to editing and packing up my home for our move to FL next year.

On Monday, I was focused on finishing up a few custom pieces that I promised would be ready to ship. That’s not always an easy task with some interesting new local customers dropping by, 😅. Alongside that, I’ve been connecting with like-minded people online about future projects. Overall, it's been quite a social and intensely productive April❣️

I’ve been feeling a mix of drive and instability. Like the Chariot Card, navigating through unfamiliar paths, I’m increasingly impressed by my own determination and willpower. I don’t want to stray from the path I’m on; there’s no going back to how things used to be. Yet, I need to stay mindful of my reasons for this change and not rush past all the incredible people I’ve known and those I’m meeting now.

Lately, I’ve felt a bit out of my element. I’m used to people knowing a bit about me, and me knowing them too. But as I connect more with individuals who have no reference to who I am, it feels like we’re engaging on a surface level. I’ve forgotten to dive deeper and learn more about them, which leaves me feeling a bit unsatisfied. I truly enjoy connecting with others, hearing their stories, and sharing my own… but that’s become a bit challenging with everything going on. Ugh.

So, there you have it—my lengthy musings that you didn't ask for!

As we reach the halfway mark of the year, Beltane signifies the true beginning of the warm, blossoming season, bridging the chill of winter to the warm heat of summer.

The essence of Beltane has journeyed through time into our modern May Day celebrations, where traditions like the May Pole dance still flourish. It’s a time of unrestrained joy and festivity, where we gather with community to celebrate together. Our ancestors would once pass themselves and their animals between two sacred fires, a ritual of purification from the lingering effects of winter’s chill. Today, many witches embrace this spirit of renewal through incense and fire, while others revel in feasts, dances, and the warmth of love.

Happy Earth Day, everyone! 🌎🌍🌏
And, Happy 23rd Anniversary to Eternal Stitch🪡

Earth Day holds a special place in my heart, as I truly adore this planet of ours. The beauty of every landscape and the marvels of every creature continue to inspire me every single day.

That passion sparked the creation of my business, now known as Eternal Stitch, back in 2003. It’s a beautiful coincidence that my business certificate for this location was issued on April 22nd… what a perfect day to celebrate our Earth!

Even though the weather isn’t ideal for a stroll in the woods or a day at the beach, I’ll be busy in my shoppe, transforming fabric scraps into new products, ensuring that these awkward fiber treasures don’t end up in landfills.

I’m proud to share that Eternal Stitch operates with a nearly zero waste footprint. I strive to reuse, recycle, and repurpose ♻️ nearly everything! In fact, I manage to throw out only one small bag of trash a month. I encourage you all to do your part in any way you can. We share this one beautiful planet… let’s show Mother Earth love and gratitude!
