Czy wiesz, że atak serca i woda idą w parze?
Ilu znasz ludzi, którzy mówią:
Nie chcę pić wody przed snem, bo będę musiał wstawać w nocy...?

Nie wiedziałem o tym!
Zapytałem mojego lekarza, dlaczego ludzie często sikają w nocy. Lekarz odpowiedział, że ciężkość serca trzyma wodę na dnie ciała, a gdy jest w pozycji pionowej, nogi puchną. Kiedy się położysz, dolna część ciała (nogi itp. ) jest na wysokości nerki i to właśnie wtedy nerki usuwają wodę, ponieważ jest łatwiej.

Wiedziałem, że potrzeba minimum wody, by usunąć toksyny z organizmu. Nie wiedziałem, że picie wody w pewnym momencie maksymalizuje jej skuteczność w organizmie, a odpowiedni moment na jej picie to:

2 szklanki wody po przebudzeniu; pomaga aktywować organy wewnętrzne.

1 szklanka wody 30 minut przed posiłkiem, pomaga w trawieniu

1 szklanka wody przed kąpielą, pomaga obniżyć ciśnienie krwi.

1 szklanka wody przed snem, unika udarów lub zawałów serca.

Mogę też dodać to: mój lekarz powiedział mi, że woda w czasie snu pomoże również zapobiec skurczom nóg.
Mięśnie nóg szukają nawilżenia, więc skurcze cię budzą.

Kardiolog powiedział, aby podzielić się tym z bliskimi, wiele żyć może i zostanie uratowanych.
