Our very first donation-based classes are here!
We'll gather in the park under the shade of the gazebo for nourishing, all level flows rooted in movement, breath, and connection to nature.

When: May-August - Dates in link
Where: Gateway Park - Gold Bar, WA - Under the Gazebo
Cost: Pay-what-you-can (Suggested $1-20)
Bring: A yoga mat or towel, water and anything you may need to help you feel comfortable.
