I am always attracted to looking for treatments that are simple, enjoyable, inexpensive, and powerful. This one hits the mark! A recent Japanese study found that warm baths enriched with bicarbonate (aka: baking soda) are helpful for decreasing stress, improving sleep, and shifting the immune system towards decreased inflammation and improved scavenging of cancer cells.
