Collaborative, trauma-informed transpersonal psychotherapy (specialties in sexual trauma, gender, anti-oppression) ~ Mindful Empowerment Coaching (specialties in awareness & mindfulness) ~ Reiki healing Don't worry, Reaca is still the only one at the helm but with this rebranding I'm able to expand the scope of my services and activities to have even more of a positive cultural impact on survivors' lives and more directly working toward a culture of consent. Pearl Healing's sexual trauma therapy services will still be offered locally in Golden, CO - on an individual and group basis. Take a look at the website for more detailed info; but here's a recap of what I've added:
-Corporate and small business workshops for cultivating cultural competency in transgender issues
-Mindful-empowerment coaching for folks ready to remember their authentic selves and live the life they were meant to
-Reiki healing - empowering folx to connect to their own innate ability to heal and nurture themselves
Reaca Pearl is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, a Life Purpose Coach (Transformations, Inc.), a Reiki Master, and a Registered Yoga Teacher and has spent their entire adult life fighting for liberation from oppression -> white supremacy, patriarchy, cisheteronormativity, etc.
Subsequent to an unexpected corporate lay-off I am (finally!!) going full time. Though it's nerve-wracking (can anyone relate?) I'm also so excited to be focusing entirely on what I love. I work with adults in Golden CO and via HIPAA compliant virtual sessions. My specialties are sexual trauma (incest, rape, sexual assault, etc.), and gender (trans-affirming, informed consent model). I am certified in EMDR via the EMDR Institute. I believe that therapy is a form of activism and fully support my clients to embrace their truth and authenticity. Existing - when your existence is threatening to others or questioned incessantly - is the most brilliant form of activism. I'm also a corporate consultant and educator on gender and cultural competency around gender and trans issues. I work from a therapist-activist, body/present-centered, intersectional-transfeminist, informed consent model.
