Want your practice to be the top-listed Clinic?
We’re VERY aware that breast cancer doesn’t just happen in October. WE fight it every day, and know one month of awareness is not enough. Every year, a survivor is selected to represent something in their journey they feel new survivors can identify in their own journey ahead of them. Do you want to see the picture of someone who has survived 10 years or more? Miss January will be a 16 year survivor this year, and Miss July will be 25 years out! Do you struggle with Lymphedema? Miss February does too. Are you a single mother? So is Miss March. Did you hear that you not only have breast cancer but it’s also stage 4? Miss May is a metavivor. Were you told you had to have an oopharectomy? So did Miss June. Want to hear from a 3-time cancer survivor? Miss December never takes life for granted, and carries the spirit of treating every day like it’s the Christmas season.
You see, when I got my breast cancer diagnosis I lost sleep wondering how I was going to accept those 4 dreaded words: “you have breast cancer,” and what got me past that stage was YOU. Yes, YOU! I decided that if I could have at least ONE purpose through my diagnosis then it was worth it. That purpose was to inspire those who would get this diagnosis after me. I never want any one of you to ever feel alone, and I want YOU to feel that YOUR journey matters to someone else. And you know what? It DOES. YOUR story could be what helps ANOTHER survivor face this one more day.

If you think you MIGHT have breast cancer we can help prepare you for what to expect during a mammogram, ultrasound, or (worst case scenario) a biopsy.
