This one has been in the works for a hot minute. I’m happy to say I’m now offering Reiki sessions again! I’ve been a Reiki Master for a while now. It’s been calling to me to get back to it, and further help those around me. For more information on Reiki, and booking info please message me.

Alright friends the BIG Reveal is here! I’ve been working hard on this one! I’m super excited to announce I’ll be hosting my first Yoga Retreat! A friend of mine will be co hosting with me, and I’m super excited for her be a part of this. Yesterday we sent out the booking link for a VIP list so they already started booking. Floating Yoga Starts tomorrow!!! Class spots are limited and tomorrow is already booked! Check out the Beach Fitness Club and book for future classes. Class is every Wednesday at 12pm. Grab clothes that can get wet and join me in the pool!

NEW CLASS ALERT!!! Alright yall finally!!!! I have a floating yoga class in the Baton Rouge area. I’ll be teaching this every Wednesday starting at 12pm at the Beach Fitness Club in Baton Rouge. For everyone not able to make it to the river days to paddle this is your chance in a more control setting. I’m so excited to be doing this one. This will be on the schedule starting June 11th. Please message me or the Beach for booking info.

If you’re not ready to be in a full class. Private sessions is a great option. I offer in person and virtual private sessions. These are catered to any clients needs. For more information please message me for details.

Finally got the first SUP yoga class for the summer on the calendar! This will be take place in Covington on the river behind the Chimes restaurant. If you have your own paddleboard you are more than welcome to use it. If you don’t that ok you can rent one in advance. Class price is $20 and you are responsible for renting your paddleboard. Please reach out to book, get the link to rent your board, and ask any further questions. Let’s have some fun!
