It's been a while since I've posted anything other than in a story, but I am really thankful that God has blessed our love. We enjoy many moments as just a couple but of course love to be with our boys. It's crazy how time passes and life takes it's twists and turns but I count it all a blessing.
❤️ It was love at first sight.
We met and within a year we were married with a baby on the way.
We are maturing together, raising our boys to be amazing young men, and making plans for the future.
Couldn't ask for anything more.❤️

It's been a while since my last post, but I just have to share how much God has blessed me. I recently celebrated another year on their earth, and my Family and Co workers made it special. This is what I had waiting for me at work, and Danny and I took a trip together ❤️

Understanding how you want things to be and being willing to work in that direction as a family....

When everyone knows the goals and is willing to do their part.

That's a game changer

We have gone through our ups and downs but we know where we want to be and we keep working towards that.

No seasons off

We are always doing something to better our family 🙏

I've done my research and gotten my family on board.

You either want change or you don't.

The ideal time to learn how to stay engaged is when your kid is 11 or 12. 🤯

The more prepared you are for the major overhaul their brain is about to take the more likely you will have positive responses once you get there.

I had a conversation with a very young teen yesterday.
He had gone through so much, yet he knew he wanted better for his life.

He finds himself in a very tough situation.

🥊mom is "toxic" ( not my description)
🥊 Dad was abusive and grooming him for a life of crime
🥊teacher's treat him badly
🥊He has a criminal record
🥊He's seen things he wishes he could forget
Seems like he has everything stacked against him right.

But just the fact that he is openly talking about these things without bitterness, anger, resentment or unforgiveness 🙏

This makes him bigger than many adults I know.

I know he is gonna be okay. It's going to be a process but he is going through it and I am so proud of him .

Follow your instincts. Remember that you don't have to do it alone if you don't know where to start ask for help.
I'm here to help.
I left my job as a teacher and turned down other opportunities because I knew I could do more out of the classroom.

I want to help as many families as possible so... January 10th I have a challenge for the parents of Teens.
