Are you passionate about mental health advocacy and the power of lived experience? Recovery Options Made Easy (ROME) is seeking dedicated, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors!

As a peer-run organization, we believe that those who have walked the path of recovery are the best experts to lead it. We are looking for visionary leaders to help steer our mission of providing peer-driven housing, hospital diversion, and advocacy services across Western New York and the Finger Lakes region.
