Functional fitness workouts and nutrition focused on LIVING your fittest and healthiest life. We don't worry about HOW much you can lift, but place our focus on how YOU can get stronger, fitter, healthier and more capable! We are here for everyone, including the deconditioned, the rehabilitating, the intimidated, the shy, the newbie, the overweight, the underweight, the old and the young! ‘What do yall do to train’?

We are a multifunctional, multimodality fitness PMA where our members are shown and trained with tools to get stronger….bands, balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, bars, weight machines, heavy bags, speed bags, calisthenics, bodyweight, jump ropes, cardio equipment, gymnastic equipment and ALL is utilized for functional strength, better daily living and improved AGING OUTCOMES.

*HOWEVER, WE DO NOT ADVOCATE USING ANY FITNESS EQUIPMENT FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT ACTUAL APPROPRIATE TRAINING, unlike some*

Why do we train gender specific classes?

Men and women ARE NOT CREATED EQUALLY.

They do not
Train equally
Eat equally
Sleep equally
Hormone equally
Pain equally
Emote equally

Men in classes are coached BY A MAN FOR MEN.
Women in classes are coached BY A WOMAN FOR WOMEN.

Personal training is decided based on specialty and needs, but the coaches are always in consult if there are situations that occur
based on birth-based gender, naturally produced sexual hormone patterns and musculoskeletal development around these two primary components.

I want to celebrate this client duo: Mommy and Me!

At 15, our worlds are wild Just like perimenopause starts the wild ride, this time is equally wild! This young lady had a goal and i made the decision to train her to achieve her goal….basically, to be a badA€€!

She never complained
She never made excuses
She never eye rolled
She never missed
She did everything i threw at her
She trusted me

Summer training is IMPORTANT for those who want to try sports, compete or who have athletic goals. Here, we dont focus on ASTHETICS JUST ATHLETICS whatever that means to YOU!

Here is a sneak peek of what`s going here at Two Tribes Primal Fitness.
The expansion of our men`s training groups will include The Carnivorous Tribe. These will be my men that eat MEAT only, in order to reclaim their health and wellness.

*Personal Training available at lesser cost than Granbury average
*Certified Perimenopause-Menopause-Post Menopause Specialist (symptoms, changes, nutrition, emotions, health impacts, energy and fitness) and Personal Trainer
*Background in Physical Therapy/Orthopedics for for 27 years
*23+ years coaching/training experience and 20 years Certified
*Graduate work in healthcare and business
*Women’s EMPOWERMENT AND AUTONOMY focused
*Fully functional 3 room studio with Air Conditioning and Heat (winter) and air circulation/fans (no woman should have to suffer through heat)
*Client-centered coaching (based on your DAILY energies, limits and needs)
*Mommy/TWEEN and pr***en workouts available for young women preparing for sports/athletics/military
*I am a USAF Veteran from Granbury; woman-owned
