‘What do yall do to train’?
We are a multifunctional, multimodality fitness PMA where our members are shown and trained with tools to get stronger….bands, balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, bars, weight machines, heavy bags, speed bags, calisthenics, bodyweight, jump ropes, cardio equipment, gymnastic equipment and ALL is utilized for functional strength, better daily living and improved AGING OUTCOMES.
*HOWEVER, WE DO NOT ADVOCATE USING ANY FITNESS EQUIPMENT FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT ACTUAL APPROPRIATE TRAINING, unlike some*
