I've spent the last 2 days in the sewing room. I've been making Hanging Kitchen Towels and Blue Jean Pocket Purses. I've also been working on Scrappy Casserole Carriers and Scrappy Pie Carriers. Just getting the fabric made and measured out. Busy, busy, busy.

My customers have asked for potholders and I've got potholders. These are nice and thick. Way better than store-bought ones. I can't wait to debut them at my next market.

We will be at the Mobile Bay Maker’s Market tomorrow from 10:00-1:00. We will have fresh farm eggs plus fresh, pasture raised whole chicken, half chickens, quarters, cut pieces, ground, wings, broth starter packs, plus other pieces.

Today is the day!

I will have 2 new items for sale this Saturday. Freezepop Holders and Bread Bags. I won't have many of either one, but I will take orders.

Today has been busy, already. I have my car packed and ready for Market in Green Park on Dauphin Island from 9 am to 3 pm tomorrow. And, I have completed the 25 Bowl Cozies. Whew, now I'm whooped.

Today, I am back in the sewing room. It is time to work on the 25 Bowl Cozies that I started on the other day. The 1st picture is of the Cozies with just the X sewn on them and the 2nd picture is a stack with the first set of darts sewn on them. There are several steps yet to be done before these will be completed. I do each step in an assembly line fashion. It will probably take all day and then some time tomorrow to have these finished.

The 3rd picture is of all 25 Bowl Cozies withe the second set of darts finished. Now, to iron and put the "bowls" together.

The 4th picture is of the "bowls" ready to be pinned and sewn.

Today is prep day. I am picking out fabrics, cutting them out and cutting the wrap n zap and insul Brite needed for either bowl Cozies or skillet handle holders. Next will be putting each set together to get ready to start sewing. Each of these items have many steps, so I do an assembly line and do all of one step, then go to the next step and so on until I have a finished product.
